  It's nice, well crafted, the engraving is pretty, and my husband loved it but the compass needle shakes constantly. It looks like I'm holding it with shaking hands. The product and engraving is ni ce. However, I purchased with this seller over other sellers with idea the compass had a chain or at least a loop to attach my own. Received it and it just looks like a compact mirror. Just got the compass in the mail today and it is gorgeous! Instead of having to order a whole new motherboard for our dishwasher, he went through the process of diagnosing the root cause and ended up replacing the fuse.   Very professional and efficient repair. After diagnostic of my old fridge I got clear info about what's goin on and accurate estimate.
