Carlos answered recently, he was nice and gave me few things wha I CAN do by my self.. after that appointment was scheduled the same day.   I'm extremely satisfied with the microwave repair they provided. Normally, it would be cheaper to replace a microwave altogether, but we had a more expensive one that's the top of the line.
